POSTPONED Scallops 5 Ways: 5 Course Wine Pairing Dinner

Join us for a truly unique dining experience highlighting one of Chef Eoen's most popular special features: Scallops. Chef will prepare 5 courses, each highlighting the mollusk in a unique and different way. Guests will receive cooking instructions for each course to take home with them.

I. Ceviche

II. Fried

III. Poached

Shrimp Stock, Cream, Corn, Potato, Brunoise, Guanciale

IV. Seared

Pan Sauce, Risotto

V. Mousse

Tamarind, Thai Herb Salad, Rice Crackers
