Join us at Borrowed Time for the Local Chef Tasting & Beverage Pairing event featuring Chef Lindsay Payleitner of Grow. This five course event will showcase her unique culinary style paired with the perfect beer, wine, or cocktail. 

"GROW - A Saugatuck Diner is an upscale American diner with globally eclectic culinary influences. Notably, Mexican cuisine, the pub cuisine of Great Britain and the comfort food of eastern Europe. But at its core, our food is real—textural and balanced, made from scratch ingredients, and plated with purpose. All summer we sling composed brunch plates and hearty lunch fare (always celebrating the bounty of the season). Winter brings a new opportunity.
