Join us at Borrowed Time for the Local Chef Tasting & Beverage Pairing event featuring Chef Missy Corey of Virtue Cider. This five course event will showcase her unique culinary style paired with the perfect Virtue Cider. 

"I take inspiration from what is seasonally available and am in an ongoing search to define American cuisine. Currently taking cues from Provincial French and English Country favorites, I tend towards rustic farm cooking, coupled with French technique. Oh and of course, all of the dishes will be paired delightfully with Virtue Cider." -Missy Corey

The cost of the event is $65/pp, excluding tax & tip, and the balance will be collected the night of the event.
