We're preparing for another delicious tasting dinner with Golden Brown Co. this evening and wanted to take a second and make sure you're in the loop on our upcoming events. Just in case you've never been to one of our pairing dinners and don't know what they're about, here's a peek at the food being served tonight. Chef Jay is spicing things up this time around, but his menus always focus on what's seasonal, fresh, & local.
11.30.17: EatDrinkSDF 'Friendsgiving' Singapore Speakeasy Charity Gala
On Thursday, November 30, we're getting together with 11 of our favorite neighbors and throwing a prohibition-era party to benefit the Saugatuck & Fennville High School Drama Clubs. Prizes awarded for best dressed, plenty of delicious food & beverage pairings, live entertainment, & a few surprises along the way. Help us support our young thespians while having a roaring good time at the Saugatuck Center for the Arts! Tickets available here, we hope to see you there!

12.31.17: NYE Bash!
We rang in the new year in style last year and can't wait to do it again. Tickets will go on sale the Friday after Thanksgiving, but we wanted you to be the first to know. To reserve before tickets go on sale to the public, call 269.455.5256. Online ticket sales will open on 11.24, pending availability - we sold out quickly last year, so don't wait too long!
6pm Seating
Join us for an intimate chef tasting menu designed and executed by Golden Brown Co. catering. Chef Jay Mullins and his wife Becky will serve up 5 holiday-worthy courses, highlighting fresh and local products, plated beautifully. We will pair each course with a boutique wine or cocktail, focusing on lesser-known varietals from around the world. This special holiday dinner will also feature food/cocktail demonstrations by Chef Jay & Robert between courses.
Doors will open at 5pm to allow for pre-dinner drinks, and the meal will conclude by 8pm, leaving time to attend other holiday parties or watch the ball drop from home. Tickets are $75/pp, excluding tax and tip.
9pm Seating
Bid farewell to 2017 and ring in the new year with us at Borrowed Time! The 3-hour event kicks off @ 9pm and includes:
Pre-dinner cocktails and hors d'oeuvres with photo booth.
5 course elevated dinner with live food/cocktail demonstrations by Chef Jay & Robert.
Champagne toast at midnight - bottles to be popped in our side yard, timed with city's fireworks display.
Late-night comfort snack to take away.
