Progress Report & Help Build Our Team!

Hi Friends!

We are sooooooo close to re-opening our doors in our new space, big thanks to those of you who have helped swing a hammer or just stopped in with words of encouragement over the past couple of months. We feel very strongly that we will be open by Memorial Day, right now we're just waiting on licenses and inspections, so fingers crossed!

As our opening nears, we're starting to build out our staff and would love if you'd help spread the word. We'll be looking for both kitchen and serving/host help, anyone interested should click the link and apply, or email hello@borrowedtimesaugatuck.com. 

We've had a lot of questions about the new space and I wanted to address some of them here. We have loved watching the transformation of 22 E. Center St. and hope you'll love it as much as we do.

What you have to look forward to:

-Live Music Every Friday - Sunday starting Memorial Day

-Large outdoor patio with lawn space for our yard games, fire pits, and furry friends. The yard will still be 21+ but families are welcome on the porch and inside.

-Open kitchen to highlight all of the delicious new menu items and specials our new Chef Eoen Clark will put out. Don't worry, we'll still have old favorites like bacon-wrapped brussels sprouts and baked brie!

-More space inside and out for private events, work parties, wedding gatherings, etc... Let us know if we can help make your next event a memorable one.
