Borrowed Time will celebrate 3 years in business over Memorial Day Weekend with special events running Friday - Sunday.

We’re excited to have Chef Jay from Golden Brown Co. back in the yard on Saturday for our pig roast. The theme this year is cajun and the menu looks delicious.

Main: Cochon de Lait

Side: Creole spiced baked black eyed peas with molasses and miso topped with pickled okra

Side: Collard green salad with roasted sweet potatoes, candied pecans, and a lemon-horseradish vinaigrette

Side: Dirty rice with crispy shallots

In the Loft, we invite you to relax, enjoy artfully prepared small plates packed with flavor at a leisurely pace, and sip wine that perfectly compliments each dish. The menu changes each week, with 5 courses featuring inspired dishes by Chef Eoen Clark, enhanced by an optional wine pairing.
