February Chef Tasting & 2023 Changes

Friends, we have some news.

After 5 incredible years filled with amazing food, deep connections, stressful situations, & late night laughter, Chef Eoen is moving on in an effort to start his own business. We are heartbroken to be losing an irreplaceable friend & partner, though we are so proud of him for everything he has accomplished and cannot wait to see what he does next.

Borrowed Time in its current form would not exist without his creativity, talent, and leadership in the kitchen, we will forever be grateful for the time and effort he put into building our dream alongside us. Eoen, thank you so much for everything, it has been such a pleasure doing what interests us alongside someone like you.

Change is hard, though we believe it is necessary for growth. Our business plan was built on flexibility and the desire to bring a unique experience to our guests that is constantly being made fresh and improved upon. While you can still expect a focus on fresh, local ingredients being prepared in a flavor-forward way, stay tuned for more details on how we'll be shaking things up for this summer.

In the meantime, please make plans to stop in and celebrate the success Chef Eoen created, he'll be with us through April. We'll host a couple more Chef Tasting events before he leaves, the first of which is this month, February 24th.
